Discovered something today.
fresh spinach.
piece of sliced turkey.
smear of mustard.
slice of tomato.
roll it together.
Delicious.
9 calories.
and cheap.
bag of fresh spinach £1
small thing of turkey 50p.
squeezy bottle of mustard- 74p
tomatoes- free from the plants in the garden.
